Panel Discussion: Implementing the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in China

This Panel Discussion was organized by the University of Hong Kong to discuss the challenges and opportunities of implementing the CRPD in China.

  • Carole Petersen, Professor and Director, Spark M. Matsunaga Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii

  • Zhang Wei, Director, Enable Disability Studies Institute

  • Chong Chan Yau, President, Hong Kong Blind Union and Vice Chairman of the Joint Council for the Physically and Mentally Disabled.
